There's been a solo dance party happening in my living room for about 30 minutes now. Well it started in the kitchen... but if you click the play button below you can experience a little of the same.
Hello Website Blog
Hello website blog of mine that I share all of my head thoughts with as a way to be an open box, to share my earthling experience with even if that's sometimes done semi-cryptically.
Read MoreInsanity or Enlightenment
What is this feeling that has my stomach in knots?
I've never felt feelings quite like this.
Is it insanity or is it enlightenment?
Getting lost in the translation is the greatest part.
Here are other fragmented moments of yesterday's adventurings with my good friend Jackie Jones.

Today
Today... Words don't do now. I'll try later. Maybe.
Just watch this. It sort of explains the current state of feels. Maybe. Somehow.
New Sleepwalking Design
My little model. I adore her greatly.

Do You Ever Wonder?
Do you ever wonder how much space junk is really out there?!
Sometimes I imagine the equivalent of Saturn's rings in satellites.
Also doesn't Saturn look awesome?
For real though... IT HAS RINGS!!!

Think About It
Sometimes I wish I could text Smoggie Catt.
Think about all the trouble that could be avoided.
I tell her everything.
And all those regrettable, drunk texts could be avoided if I could only text my best friend, Smoggie Catt.
Well... It's fun to think about at least.
Go! Go! Go!
Making coffee, writing/signing contracts, replying to emails, listening to David Bowie, eating asparagus and eggs, reading books, paying rent: Go! Go! Go!

Death Cab For Cutie
I don't know that I'll ever be able to listen and enjoy Death Cab For Cutie. I keep trying and it never interests me.
I like Ben Gibbard in The Postal Service and actually really enjoyed a few of Death Cab's singles, but every time I sit down to try and take on an album I turn it before the first track ends.
Maybe I'm just broken. Maybe they were overhyped. Maybe it's just going to take a little more life to pass before I get it.
Snack Time
Coffee and carrot stick because carrots are like a healthier cigarette or something like that...
Walking
Going for a walk can soothe frustration and spark imagination.
Try it. Walk a minimum of 10 blocks.
Don't look at your phone at all. Maybe try leaving the phone at home.
Keep your eyes open for animals and/or other people walking your way, random pieces of stuff cluttering the sidewalks, and listen to all that's happening around you.
There's some interesting stuff out there.
Goodbye for now interwebs; I'm going for a walk.
Time
My internal clocked is all kinds of confused... again.
Stuff
I beg of anyone who reads this blog to take the time to watch this video. The truth of the matter is you'll probably spend 20 minutes or more on Facebook in a sitting; so why not take the time to watch this video?
There's some really good thoughts to think about in this video and the lady presents it very light heartedly.
We need to start taking care of our planet. The selfishness and ignorance of the human specie is reaching ridiculous levels.
Enough of my ranting for the moment. Watch the nice lady talk.
Last Night
Last night I went and saw The Chariot play at Branx, marking the last time I will ever see them.
I've seen them play numerous times but last night was undoubtedly my favorite performance.
It was nice seeing them in a slightly (only slightly) bigger venue than 1982 in Gainesville, Florida. Josh Scogin was climbing on everything and jumping on the crowd repeatedly. And he said they were only "playing at 30%".
It's kind of bittersweet to see them go, but rather to curious to see what the guys do after The Chariot disbands.
I will say it sparked my inner monster again. I'm ready to play some loud rock n' roll more than ever before.
If you live in Portland and want to play some genuine, heartfelt, heavy rock n' roll you should hit me up.
Long Live The Chariot.
Head Thought
Doomsday isn't coming; I fear she's been in free fall for several hundred years. You can sit around and sing her sorrows or live life as only an earthling can.
Get outside.
Hike some mountains, swim the lakes, sit in the shadows of great trees and listen to the birds sing, drink some coffee.
Live in a moment. Walk with the wind. Listen to your heart. Don't trip over dead men.
Today
Today I laid around and enjoyed the comfort of my bed until almost 12.
I biked home in the rain last night. I'm glad the rain has decided to come back. I knew it was going to, it was just taking a little while.
It feels very pleasant outside right now.
Next on the agenda is finishing this coffee and checking this last round of edits for my book!!!
It's almost done! Aaaah! I can't wait to share it with you guys!
And then tonight I go and see The Chariot for the last time ever! That still doesn't feel real to say!
So stoked to see them though. No other band has as great an impact on my musical ambitions to date. Josh Scogin is my original hero.
